Garofola Financial was founded after many years of careful planning and strategizing of founder Nino Garofola. The idea was originally developed while Nino was finishing his undergraduate studies in Economics at Franciscan University in Steubenville Ohio. The idea was rooted in his deep love of economics and designed to provide professional consultation to small business owners and help them operate more efficiently and improve their profit margins. After years of experience in finance and banking, Nino uncovered an additional need among small businesses to receive in-depth financial ledger management and cash flow analysis, something that most bookkeepers shy away from. It is upon this reality that the dream materialized, and is built upon the mission that no small business is too small to receive professional attention. From the time Garofola Financial opened its doors in the spring of 2010, to the present, Garofola Financial has met the needs of its clientele with diligence, hard work, and unparalleled professionalism.

Biography of Garofola Financial's Founder
Nino Garofola is the founder and owner of Garofola Financial who has vast experience in many different financial services areas. He originally began his career out of college as a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual where he obtained his Series 7 and 66 securities certifications, as well as as passing his Life, Health, Accident and Disability Insurance producer licenses. From there he eventually moved on as a Registered Representative with State Farm and achieved a Property and Casualty Insurance license. In his last stint before founding Garofola Financial, he worked as a Licensed Financial Consultant at PNC Financial Services Group. There he gathered valuable banking experience working with both individuals and businesses to improve their financial situation. At PNC his experience with small business owners led him to establish Garofola Financial LLC which he now operates in Southwest Michigan. Nino has a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Franciscan University, is a member of the American Economic Association, and is happily married to his wife Brigid. Both Nino and Brigid reside in Southwest Michigan with their daughter Gemma.
